After we made some researches (including the case studies), in order to guiding us achieve for our 101 ideas. we make a decision to chose 5 best solution of 101.

Smell Sensor

This method belongs to the first group of solutions. The smell sensor will be installed at the entrance where the passengers tap their card to get in the station. The smell sensor will detect people who have bad smell and provide a solution to it. We decided to install a pray on the machine to spray and get rid of the armpit smell or sweat smell as soon as one is detected. Thus one will be charged higher for the fee of spraying. To detect the smell and spray easily, we decide to rise up the height of the machine and move up the card sensor higher to the armpit level. This will allow the smell sensor to detect the smell accurately and to spray, as one rises up his/ her hand to tap the card.

Oxygen Mask

The oxygen mask belongs to the first group of solutions. We were inspired from the oxygen masks, which are stored in a small cabinet in the airplane for passengers.  As we study the train, there is an empty space below chair for leg rest. This space could be taken up to install small cabinets for storing the oxygen masks. The mask consists of 2 parts: the pipe to supply oxygen; the mask. For hygiene purpose, both are detachable, so that passengers can buy their own mask to use. The mask could be purchased at any convenience store easily. Thus, the train will only provide the pipe in the cabinet.

Automatic Spray 

 We are inspired by the automatic spray, which are set in the public toilet. Thus, in order to get rid of the smell on train the spray could also be place at the ceiling of the train. This method targets at the environment of the train, and helps to improve the smell condition in train. The spray will provide different fragrances to refresh the air.

Vending Machine

This vending machine will be set up on the train near the entrance, so that both smelly people and non- smelly people can purchase items to solve the smell problem. The vending machine will be selling small items such as fragrances, candies, tissue paper, and mask. With this vending machine, passengers are able to purchase remedies for their own needs.

Providing varieties of fragrance such as deodorant, perfume, dry shampoo, also provide compressed towel and compressed t-shirt

Fragrance Chair   

A new innovation on chair, the chair will produce fragrance, whenever passengers sit on it. This helps to solve the problem of sweat and cultural differences, as these people will be wearing perfume by the chair.
