As we see in this pictures, some places at certain times (weekdays morning, friday afternoon, weekends) from what i have experienced and researched about the crowded in the public transportation, crowded may affect some people for having unsafe feelings worried and discomfort depends on their personal preferences.

going inside other people problems we can feel what other people felt by learning and doing some solutions to overcome the problem, or in other words we are sympathising with empathy.

Going deeper to what sympathy and empathy are.
sympathy : is something that people feeling of care and understanding for suffering of others.
Empathy :  is ability to mutually experience the thoughts, emotions and direct experience of others, so you give an action for other people.
